Plan the delivery
Providence means tight colonial-era streets, small lots, and nor'easters that test every structure on the lot. Our drivers are used to threading narrow East Side and South Side blocks — but measure your gate and approach, since a tilt-bed needs a straight run to set the box down. Salt air near Narragansett Bay is corrosive, so our used wind & watertight units are checked for solid paint and sealed seams before delivery.
New one-trip and used wind & watertight containers are available in 20ft Standard, 40ft Standard, and 40ft High Cube sizes. Your exact quote depends on delivery ZIP, size, condition, and current depot availability.
A practical, budget-conscious conex box with normal cosmetic wear from prior cargo service.
A cleaner, newer-looking storage container that has typically made one overseas cargo trip.

View reviews on FacebookA 20ft unit fits most Providence lots and slips through tighter approaches. If you have the space and the inventory, a 40ft doubles capacity — but on small city lots, the 20ft is usually the right call.
The steel shell sheds snow and stands up to coastal wind. The things to watch are placement — firm, level ground that won't pond during a nor'easter — and keeping doors operable by clearing snow from the latch rods.
Sometimes. Providence and surrounding towns have their own zoning rules, and historic districts can be strict about visible structures. Check with your city or town hall before ordering — we can hold your delivery date while you confirm.
